Fun at "The Shire"
We had so much fun visiting Kate & Joe in Frisco. As you can see, Andy did everything he could to keep Emmy happy, including wearing a princess dress! And, the kids had so much fun climbing and exploring at the Shire.
The kids had a great time when Alyson came to babysit and she was entertained with a "show" that was once again, directed and produced by Maddie Lucas. The star was Chloe, and the theme was Gymnastics. Jack and Ross had a small Cameo roll during intermission that included a light saber dual. Andy and Emmy had the pre-gymnastics role of princess dancing, where Andy showed Emmy the 2 step. And, how can I forget the lighting, which was controlled by Maddie and included turning on and off the light switch at variable speeds, depending on the current performer and genre of music.
Unfortunately, we missed the show because we were at RA having some Sushi. Kate and I agreed that we can eat the rolls that have alot of avacado and cream cheese and of course, nothing raw inside. Casey and Joe, on the other hand, enjoyed all kinds of sea creatures in their raw form. Afterwards, we headed to a wine bar for some wine tasting and chocolate fondu! It was a fun night out.
Here are some pictures of the kids doing the zip line and climbing the ropes at the Shire. They had a ball. Even Andy attempted it and had fun!
